People change when they manage to see themselves.

I work with people, leaders and organizations to understand where they are acting from, build new capabilities and turn that learning into different ways of relating, deciding and leading.

About

“A pedagogue by choice, a learner by conviction.”
Bárbara Mónica Pérez Moo speaking to an audience

I have always been interested in understanding what makes a person truly learn and change. Over time I discovered that the same question could be asked of a leader, a team and even an organization.

My way of working starts there: observing without judgement, listening and asking questions that reveal what was not visible before. From that discovery, I guide learning processes that lead to understanding, taking responsibility and finding new ways of acting.

I integrate pedagogy, coaching, facilitation and consulting to work with people and organizations; a practice I also bring to Universidad Anáhuac, where teaching keeps me in constant contact with one of the questions I am most passionate about: how we learn and what makes that learning truly transform us.

How I work

DiscoverMake visibleUnderstandTake ownershipAct

Every process begins by observing and listening to what a person, a team or an organization needs to make visible. From there I integrate experiences, questions and knowledge to turn discovery into learning, and learning into action.

Track 1 — People and organizations

Developing people, leaders and teams

I work with people, leaders, teams and organizations to make visible what is happening, understand what they need to develop and turn that learning into new ways of acting.

Every process starts from the reality I find and can integrate personal and executive coaching, leadership development, team strengthening, diagnosis, and learning and organizational development strategies.

Track 2 — Learning and speaking

Experiences that make people think, learn and act

Bárbara Mónica Pérez Moo speaking at a conference

I design talks, workshops and learning experiences that go beyond delivering content: they provoke questions, make visible what we often are not looking at, and create learning that can be carried into life and work.

I bring together my experience as a pedagogue, facilitator, coach and lecturer to create close, participatory experiences connected to the reality of each audience.

Testimonials

People who transformed how they act

Personal / executive coaching

“I discovered areas of opportunity in my leadership that were slowing my progress towards my goal. Thanks to the process of awareness, support and commitments to myself, I have been able to move forward, become a better leader in my organization and feel greater personal satisfaction.”

Personal / executive coaching

“Before coaching, my defensive attitude, impulsiveness and low tolerance affected my personal and work relationships. The process helped me understand my reactions, be calmer and communicate differently. Today I keep working on myself: I learned not to assume, not to take things personally and to understand that problems and mistakes are solved by talking and learning from them.”

Teams that learned to work differently

“Team coaching with Bárbara was an incredible accelerator for us. In just a couple of sessions she produced a deep diagnosis that brought strengths, areas of opportunity and emotions to the surface—things that individually would have taken us months to discover. The dynamics are thorough, intense and fun, but the best part is that it doesn't end as a simple workshop: you leave with a very clear guide for continuous improvement. We went from feeling like an 'adolescent' team full of frustrations to seeing real growth and alignment across every area today.”

Teams that learned to work differently

“We were a functional group, but growth and a lack of alignment were creating conflicts between areas. The process helped us become a true team of leaders: we moved from reactivity to a preventive and strategic approach, learned to resolve disagreements through direct dialogue, and today we follow up on our objectives weekly through collective intelligence sessions.”

FAQ

Common questions before we work together

Short answers about coaching processes, people and organizational development, workshops and talks.

Let's talk
What is coaching and who can it be useful for?

It is a series of structured, confidential conversations that help a person clarify what they want, see what was not visible and find new ways of acting. It can be useful for anyone facing change or a decision, and also for people in leadership roles.

How is coaching different from consulting or training?

Consulting diagnoses and proposes solutions for the organization; training builds knowledge and skills in a group; coaching helps a person find their own answers and sustain change. Many processes combine all three.

How long does a coaching or development process take?

An individual process usually runs 8 to 12 sessions, every one or two weeks. Development processes for teams or organizations are designed around objectives and typically unfold over three to six months.

How does a process with a person, team or organization start?

With a free initial conversation to understand the context, what wants to be transformed and the expected results. From there we agree on a light diagnosis and you receive a proposal with scope, format, timing and fees.

Can sessions and processes be in person or online?

Both. Coaching and ongoing processes work very well online; experiential workshops and talks usually land harder in person. Travel within Mexico is available.

How do I book a talk or workshop?

Write via WhatsApp or email with the date, city, audience profile, number of attendees and the goal of the event. With that we propose the focus, the format (talk, experiential workshop or learning experience) and the duration.

How far in advance should I book a talk or workshop?

Four to eight weeks is ideal to design an experience tailored to your audience. For closer dates, ask about availability directly.

Are processes designed according to each organization's needs?

Yes. Every process starts from the reality, language and challenges of each person or organization. The design is defined after listening and making visible what is happening, never from a closed programme.

What stays confidential in a coaching process?

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is confidential. The organization receives progress and development themes agreed in advance with the person, never the content of the conversations.

What does it cost?

Fees depend on scope, format and duration. They are detailed in a tailored proposal after the initial conversation.

A resource for you

See yourself to transform

A short guide to discover where you are acting from.

Sometimes we try to change a situation before understanding what is really happening. I prepared a short exercise to help you pause, look at a situation that unsettles you today and walk through five movements.

  • Five movements: discover, make visible, understand, take ownership and act
  • A short exercise you can work through at your own pace
  • All you need is a real situation and the willingness to look at it

We'll email you the exercise in a moment.

Let's talk.

Write to me and tell me what you are going through, what you would like to develop or what you want to spark.
