Data collected

The data you choose to share when writing via WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn: name, contact details, organization and whatever you include in your message.

The download form for the resource “See yourself to transform” collects your name and email address, which are stored as a contact in the “PDF resource” list so the material can be sent to you.

This site creates no user accounts.

Purposes

Replying to your enquiry, preparing service proposals, following up on projects and issuing the related administrative documents.

Emailing you the resource you requested and, where applicable, following up commercially with those who download it (information about coaching, training or speaking services). You can opt out at any time by writing to the contact address.

Your data is never sold or used for third-party advertising.

Retention and security

Data is kept for as long as needed to manage the professional relationship and meet legal obligations, with reasonable security measures and restricted access.

Transfers

Technology providers for email, messaging and website hosting act as processors and may store information outside Mexico.

In particular, Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) processes the sending of emails and hosts the resource contact list. Its emails include standard open and link-click measurement; that information is only used to know whether the message arrived and was useful.

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) processes anonymous, aggregated browsing data with IP anonymization and no ad personalization; if you reject, it is not loaded.

No other transfers occur without your consent, except where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure or object to processing, and withdraw consent, by writing to contacto@barbara-perezmoo.com. Requests are answered within 20 business days.
